Progression or 5 stages of Telepathic or Prophetic Practice

We don't get stuck with politically correct terminologies. We are committed to truth. We cannot label the process as "prophecy" outright because in the initial stages, as we practice and train our minds & consciousness ("mental muscles" gymnastics) to transmit and receive messages, it is not yet prophecy because the Divine is not yet involved. The nearest descriptive word used in parapsychological research is "telepathy" or "non-local consciousness" communication. Besides, the use of "prophecy" can be misconstrued to mean the forecasting of future events ("precognition" in parapsychology) which is not reflective of the Divine communication we are referring to.

We have no problem using those terminologies. It does not in anyway, demean the Divinity within us or the Christo-centeredness of the process. There is no room for pettiness in the life of the Christian disciple.
